Members must obtain professional liability insurance as required in the College by-laws. Please note that you need to update information regarding your professional liability insurance online no later than the end of day on April 15, 2013. While it is necessary for you to report the necessary information regarding your professonal liability insurance online, you will not be required to upload the insurance certificate.
All members are required to pay the following annual registration renewal fee: $2,147.00 ($1,900.00 + $247.00 HST)
Make cheque payable to COLLEGE OF DENTURISTS OF ONTARIO and ensure that your name and registration number are on the cheque. Members may choose to pay by credit card or by cheque. Cash is not acceptable.
- Fees and or renewals received after midnight on April 15, 2013 are subject to a $150.00 late payment penalty.
Additional penalties for non-payment of fees include suspension of certificate of registration and a $500.00 reinstatement fee.
- Please note that credit card payments are processed in real time. The College does not keep credit card information on file.
- Payments declined and/or returned by the bank for any reason are subject to a further $45.00 service charge in addition to the late payment penalty.
