A Disciplinary Hearing will be held in the Boardroom of the College of Denturists of Ontario, 180 Bloor Street West, Suite 903, Toronto, M5S 2V6, commencing on Friday, January 20th, 2012 at 9:30am.
A complaint was filed with the College against Registrant Marianne Dyczka, DD. The complaint was referred to the Discipline Committee by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee. The hearing is open to the public.
A summary of the allegations against Registrant Marianne Dyczka, DD is, as follows:
It is alleged that Marianne Dyczka, DD:
- knowingly allowed or ought to have known; Mr. Leon Krawczyk was portraying himself as a denturist practicing within the scope of denturism without a license in her clinic.

A complaint was filed with the College against Registrant Steven Varadi, DD. The complaint was referred to the Discipline Committee by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee. The hearing is open to the public.
A summary of the allegations against Registrant Steven Varadi, DD is, as follows:
It is alleged that Steven Varadi, DD:
- Mr. Varadi provided denturist services for the years 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 without carrying professional liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 for each occurrence or failed, when requested by the College of Denturists of Ontario, to provide proof of carrying such insurance
- Mr. Varadi thereby engaged in professional misconduct within the meaning of paragraph 30, 43 & 44 of section 1 of the Ontario Regulation 854/93 - Professional Misconduct, a regulation under the Denturism Act, 1991, S.0.1991, Chapter 25
